Featured Fund: Johnson County Farm Bureau Scholarship

Published: December 11, 2014 by Johnson County Community Foundation

Johnson County Farm Bureau has awarded scholarships for many years, but in 2015 the organization chose to establish a fund at JCCF for a simplified and streamlined process of awarding scholarships.

Johnson County Farm Bureau is dedicated to raising public awareness of agriculture and how food is produced to meet the needs of a growing global population. Education is emphasized with a focus on youth, working with county schools, FFA chapters and 4-H members. This scholarship is one of the ways they support this mission

The Farm Bureau Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from Johnson County, Indiana, who plans to enroll full-time at an accredited public or private college or university.

Special consideration will be given to students whose parents are Farm Bureau members and students who have actively participated in 4-H and FFA.
