Arts and Culture has been identified by strategic planning efforts as a key need in the Johnson County community. In response to this need, the JCCF board established The JCCF Arts & Culture Fund.

The purpose of this fund is to emphasize Arts and Culture in the community and to focus fundraising efforts and grant distribution to this need.

In celebration of its 25th anniversary in 2016, JCCF also addressed this key need by establishing the Color the County Mural Program to create cultural, educational and artistic value for residents and visitors.

The Foundation partnered with Greenwood, Franklin, Bargersville and Gordon Strain, professor of fine arts with Franklin College, to implement the program.

The Color the County Mural Program successfully joined the community and artists to create three powerful artworks in Johnson County.

The Foundation plans to continue the program in the future, but needs help to do so. A gift to the JCCF Arts and Culture Fund will help support continuation of the program.

A special thanks to our Platinum Community Partners!
