Nick Burks
JC Employer Resource Network® Success Coach
Nick Burks joined the Johnson County Community Foundation as the Johnson County Employer Resource Network® Success Coach in March of 2022. Since becoming the success coach, Nick has provided coaching to employees at eight member companies. These member companies include Greenwood Village South, Endress+Hauser, Ulta Beauty Distribution Center, GMI Corporation, Indiana 811, National Trade Supply, Interstate Warehousing and Clark Pleasant Community School Corporation.
Since he started coaching, Nick has provided services to clients and their families at these member companies. Nick provides services related to mental health referrals, career counseling, housing and transportation assistance.
Prior to joining the Johnson County Community Foundation, Nick worked in community engagement, mental health counseling, volunteer management, and workforce development. Nick leverages over a decade of experience in these fields to assist employees at member companies in overcoming barriers to success.
Nick obtained his Executive Coach certification through Coach Training EDU. He earned his bachelor's degree in religious studies and sociology from Franklin College and master's degree in philanthropic studies from the IU School of Philanthropy. He resides in Franklin with his wife, Lindsay, and three sons, Grady, Griffin and Dawson.
