Funds will provide for the Stop Diabetes: Outreach for Senior Hoosiers in Johnson County. To supply educational materials for trainings for individuals and families of individuals with diabetes to learn about the risks of diabetes. These funds are to be used in the Edinburgh and Bargersville locations.
