Effective Strategic Planning
Are you looking for a roadmap for your organization? Have you been told you must have a strategic plan? If the answer to these or similar questions is yes, please join us for a training session on effective strategic planning! You’ll learn a 4-step strategic planning process that you can implement on your own or enlist a consultant’s help. You’ll learn the why behind going through this process, and you’ll leave with templates and resources that will help you create a strategic plan for your organization!
