Published: March 13, 2026 by Johnson County Community Foundation

The Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) will host its first Elevate Impact session of 2026, Rebuilding Forward in the Nonprofit Sector, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Johnson County Museum of History (135 N. Main St., Franklin, IN 46131).

Designed for nonprofit leaders, staff, and community partners, the session will explore the challenges that often accompany mission-driven work, including burnout, limited resources, and emotional fatigue. Participants will gain practical strategies to help sustain passion, strengthen resilience, and support one another while continuing to serve their communities effectively.

The session will feature Andrea Gash, Senior Consultant at DSC Consulting. Gash is an activation speaker and the best-selling author of Don’t Bounce Back, Rebuild Forward. She works with leaders and organizations to navigate disruption and intentionally build what comes next.

Through her Momentum Method, Gash helps individuals rediscover purpose and direction after unexpected challenges. In her consulting work, she partners with nonprofits and businesses to develop strategic plans, fundraising frameworks, governance systems, and fractional leadership models that help organizations turn vision into action.

The Elevate Impact series is designed to provide learning and connection opportunities for nonprofit professionals across Johnson County, equipping them with tools and insights to strengthen their work and the communities they serve.

Those interested in attending the session can contact Stephanie Fox at stephanief@jccf.org or (317) 738-2213.
