To provide a secure financial pathway for honoring and/or memorializing successful agricultural educators; to improve and encourage professionalism among ag teachers at the local, state, and national levels; the recruitment of new teachers into the field of “teaching ag”; to provide all teachers with the teaching tools they need to be successful; and to encourage 100% membership in IAAE.
