Published: May 27, 2026 by Johnson County Community Foundation

The Johnson County Community Foundation invites the public to “Celebrate 35 Years of Giving” at their open house on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Foundation office, located at 398 S. Main Street in Franklin.

The open house will celebrate 35 years of philanthropy, partnership, and community impact throughout Johnson County. Guests are invited to stop by to enjoy desserts, along with beer and wine for attendees age 21 and older, while connecting with community members, Foundation supporters, and local leaders.

In addition to celebrating the Foundation’s anniversary, attendees will also hear a special announcement during the event.

Since its founding, the Johnson County Community Foundation has worked to strengthen Johnson County through grants, scholarships, and charitable initiatives that support local nonprofits, students, and community projects.

“For 35 years, the Johnson County Community Foundation has been built on the generosity, vision, and commitment of our community,” said Kim Kasting, President & CEO of JCCF. “This celebration is not only about reflecting on our past impact, but also about looking ahead to the opportunities and partnerships that will continue shaping Johnson County for years to come.”

No RSVP is required to attend.
