Mental Health Programming Grants Awarded

The Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) Grants Committee recently awarded a total of $68,989.60 to eight organizations allowing the Foundation to address several crucial needs in the county. The 2024 Mental Health Programming grant awards reflect the Foundation’s mission to enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Johnson County.
The following are the organizations, program names and amounts awarded:
- Beloved Warriors – Return to Joy: $2,454.60
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana – Serving Johnson County youth through Collaborative Cohort Series: $2,500
- Centerstone of Indiana – Therapy Supplies: $7,200
- Dance Every Journey – Dance Every Journey Teacher Kits: $2,795
- Girls Inc. of Johnson County – Mind & Body: $8,040
- Johnson Memorial Hospital Foundation – ConnectHub: A Conference Room that Empowers Virtual Collaboration and Care: $10,000
- Reach for Youth Inc. – Mental Health Counseling for youth in Johnson County: $30,000
- Upstream Prevention – Walk Suicide Out of Our County: $6,000
