CAYMAN'S VOLUNTEER ADVENTURE BLOG – DAY 4

KORN County Radio has already been a huge part of my internship that has really helped my networking skills. I was able to be their stage manager for the KORN Freedom Jam that took place at Greenwood’s Freedom Fest. It was a hot day, that’s for sure, but I met a lot of cool performers and really neat audio people. This day taught me how to overcome adversity when I had a band not show, and I had to figure out what to do. I rearranged the band lineup, and we went on with no problems. This was a long event,  lasting from 1:00 p.m. until midnight. I most definitely served my time on this one, but time flew by because I was having fun.
