We will explore the hot topics in estate planning. This presentation introduces strategies to consider in 2023: coordinating a client’s estate plan with their retirement beneficiaries to save estate and income taxes (including a review of new RMD proposed regulations), the importance of coordinating ownership of assets with a client’s estate plan and steps to take now for your clients to plan for the forthcoming silver tsunami of business transfers in tax advantageous ways. (CPE credit)
