Lee Ann is the System Marketing Director for Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Neurosciences for Franciscan Health. She is responsible for marketing and strategic planning for all 13 hospitals in Indiana and Illinois. She has 28 years of healthcare marketing experience that has enabled her to work alongside many leaders to develop programs and services that benefit the needs of our community.

Lee Ann grew up in Franklin, Indiana and graduated from Franklin Community High School in 1989. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Ball State University and a Sports Marketing Certification from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, she earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing from Indiana Tech. She has spent the past 25 years living in Greenwood and is proud to call Johnson County her home.

She currently serves as a Board Director for Aspire Johnson County Economic Development & Chamber Alliance and is a new member of Tri-Kappa – Franklin Zeta Chapter. Her former roles include Board President of the Indiana Healthcare Marketing & Public Relations Society and Founding Board Member of the Greenwood Education Foundation.

Outside of work, you could find Lee Ann volunteering and attending a variety of events such as athletics, fairs and festivals, concerts, etc., or walking her mini-goldendoodle on the awesome trails in Johnson County. She and her son Lex enjoy traveling, golfing and spending time with family and friends. Lee Ann has a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of our community and thrives on being able to collaborate with others to see Johnson County be the location of choice for those to live, work and play.
