The Chair Declares: Community Partners are priceless

This year I challenged our Board of Directors to engage themselves in our Johnson County community – within our Foundation, among our donors, grantees & scholarship recipients and with our Community Partners too! Engage!
Our Community Partners are priceless, and we thank them for their generous support. They have chosen to engage themselves within the Foundation in different ways. Many frequently attend our events, open houses, serve on committees and more. But all contribute financially, which helps support our mission, connecting people who care with causes that matter. Leading by example, our Community Partners share their passion for philanthropic advocacy in our community and it shows!
I am grateful to have served as Board Chairperson for 2022. It has been a wonderful year engaging our board to increase awareness of how the decisions we make directly impact our community. We have a great team, and I know the best is yet to come!
