Our Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) manages more than 300 funds established by people with philanthropic passions.
Many of our donors contribute to one or more of these existing funds, while others set up their own.
There is no right or wrong way to give. What’s important is giving in a way that helps you accomplish your philanthropic goals and JCCF is here to help. We keep our finger on the pulse of the community, so we can identify the community’s greatest needs and respond in a meaningful way. That might be supporting an existing program, developing a new one or encouraging a community partner to take a leadership role. It means rallying for the cause and asking others to join the effort. That’s why we are dedicated to connecting people who care with causes that matter. Causes that matter to them, their families and our community.
George and Marie Buckner Pitcher Charitable Trust
Provides scholarships to graduates of all Johnson County high schools students both present and past
Gateway Services of Johnson County Fund
Established to provide support to Gateway Services of Johnson County.
Grizzly Golf Foundation Endowment Fund
Established to to provide support to Franklin Community High School golf program.
Girls on the Run Johnson County
The Girls on the Run Johnson County Fund was established to bring an affiliate of the national Girls on the Run program to Johnson County.
Greenwood Christian Academy Fund
Established to provide support to the Greenwood Christian Academy.
Ginger Van Valer Fund
Established to honor Ginger’s many years of community service and support Greenwood beautification.
Gregory Hemmingsen and Pamela S Jackson Fund
Established to provide support as directed by the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation for programs and activities that fulfill charitable or other exempt purposes.
Girls Inc. of Franklin
This fund shall support the operations and programs of the agency.
Good Cheer of Johnson County Fund
This fund perpetuates support for the county’s needy.
Greenwood Community School Corporation Foundation
This fund is to support the corporation to carry out its role and message.
Give Back Gals Fund
Established to give women a way to give back to the community through an all ladies golf outing.
Genny Worsham Fund
Established by Genny in loving tribute to her sister, Jean Grider, a recipient of Gateway's Services, to fund Gateway.
Gilmore C. and Rita A. Abplanalp Family Fund
Established to provide support to a variety of charitable causes.
Greg Lee Jr. Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of Greg Lee Jr. to honor him and his admirable character and first-class sportsmanship.
Greg Hemmingsen Charitable Fund
Established to provide support to various charitable organizations in and out of Johnson County.
Goad Sewell Family Fund
Established in 2017, the fund desires to further the enhancement and improvement of public schools, diversity in the Franklin community, Liberal Arts education and programming, and proactive family planning and development.
Greenwood White River Rotary Club Scholarship
Established to recognize two graduating high school seniors from Center Grove Community High School with financial need.
